To eliminate 99% of all spam received you can set the SpamAssassin threshold in your Control Panel to strict which means all email is blocked unless the sender is in your whitelist. You can use wildcard designations in your whitelist to help insure that email that you want is received. A wildcard designation means that any email from a specific domain name such as highspeedhostingsolutions.com will get through. You don't have to add specific addresses when using a wildcard designation. Examples are provided in your Control Panel. Since mail will not get through unless the user is in your whitelist you should edit your whitelist frequently to make necessary changes. |
