Our most requsted subject for support is what can be done to stop spam. SpamAssassin is included with all website hosting accounts and Virtual Servers. Please review the documentation in our Knowledge Base for information on both options.

Assistance is provided for free on issues related to your account with highspeedhostingsolutions.com, connecting to your account, website availability, e-mail configuration, e-mail service, fighting spam and web server hardware and software. Assistance with the configuration of software that we provide is also included for free.

Extended Technical Support is available at $29.95 per incident for issues not related to the those specified above.
